Pengify may process your account email, Clerk user ID, payment status, conversion credits, AI repair credits, uploaded source files, generated artifacts, previews, job settings, repair requests, issue reports, logs, and technical metadata.

Uploaded files and generated artifacts may include models, textures, materials, skeleton data, debug bundles, and generated addon files.

Pengify uses data to authenticate users, manage credits, process payments, run conversion jobs, generate downloads, provide repair tools, investigate reports, prevent abuse, debug failures, and improve the product.

Debug bundles and reports are used to understand conversion failures and improve the pipeline.

Pengify may rely on third-party providers such as Clerk for authentication, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for DNS and traffic protection, hosting providers for infrastructure, Discord for support notifications, and OpenAI for AI-assisted analysis or repair planning.

These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Pengify may retain uploaded files, generated artifacts, logs, and reports for as long as needed to provide downloads, repairs, support, debugging, abuse prevention, accounting, and legal compliance.

Retention periods may change as storage, billing, and support workflows evolve.

Pengify uses access controls and operational safeguards to protect user data, but no internet service can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.

Do not upload sensitive personal data or files you are not comfortable processing through an automated cloud service.
