Pengify provides an automated best-effort conversion pipeline for user-supplied 3D assets. Buying a credit and launching the tool does not guarantee a perfect Garry's Mod playermodel, a perfect rig, perfect animations, perfect textures, or compatibility with every source model.

Conversion quality depends heavily on the file you provide, including the original skeleton, bone transforms, skin weights, mesh topology, texture paths, material setup, scale, origin, accessories, and whether the source file was exported cleanly.

Some source files may contain hidden transforms, broken weights, non-standard skeletons, unsupported material setups, or other issues that only become visible after conversion or in-game testing.

A conversion credit is consumed when you confirm and start a conversion job. Preflight analysis can help estimate risk, but it is not a guarantee of success.

AI-assisted repair uses separate AI repair credits. Some conversion packs may include AI repair credits, and additional AI repair credits may be purchased separately when available.

Manual texture repair, previews, downloads, and issue reporting may be provided to improve results, but they do not create a guarantee that every model can be fixed.

A conversion credit does not automatically include unlimited AI repair attempts. The current included credits, prices, and limits are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, licenses, permissions, and authorizations required to upload, convert, store, download, and use the files you submit to Pengify.

Do not upload files that infringe copyright, violate platform rules, contain malware, contain personal data you are not allowed to process, or are otherwise illegal.

You are responsible for testing generated addons in your own Garry's Mod environment before distributing or using them on a public server.

Generated addons are produced from your uploaded files and conversion settings. Pengify does not claim ownership of your original source assets.

Pengify may store job artifacts, debug bundles, reports, logs, and previews for troubleshooting, abuse prevention, product improvement, and support.

You should keep your own backups of source files and generated downloads. Pengify is not a permanent storage or archival service.

Pengify may be updated, paused, rate-limited, or temporarily unavailable for maintenance, security, infrastructure, abuse-prevention, or reliability reasons.

Features, pricing, limits, repair behavior, and supported formats may change as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pengify is provided without warranties of any kind. Pengify is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages.

Pengify is not responsible for issues caused by source file defects, third-party tools, Garry's Mod behavior, Source Engine limitations, Steam or workshop behavior, Discord, Clerk, Stripe, Cloudflare, hosting providers, or other external services.
