Refund Policy

Pengify sells digital conversion credits for an automated processing service. A credit is consumed when a conversion job is launched.

Pengify also sells AI repair credits for AI-assisted repair planning and revision creation. An AI repair credit is consumed when an AI repair revision is created.

Because the service starts processing immediately after confirmation, used credits are generally not refundable unless required by law or unless Pengify determines that the issue was caused by a platform-side failure.

A failed or imperfect visual result does not automatically qualify for a refund. 3D model conversion is dependent on the quality and structure of the uploaded source file.

Common source-side problems include broken rigs, unusual bone orientations, hidden transforms, poor skin weights, missing textures, invalid material links, unsupported accessories, or files that were not prepared for Source Engine-style playermodel conversion.

Pengify may consider a refund or replacement credit when a paid job cannot start due to a Pengify infrastructure issue, payment duplication, a confirmed platform bug, or another issue clearly unrelated to the uploaded file.

Pengify may ask you to provide the job ID, issue report, screenshots, and relevant context before making a refund decision.

When possible, Pengify may offer repair tools, AI-assisted repair, manual texture repair, or a replacement attempt before issuing a refund.

Support is provided on a best-effort basis and does not guarantee that every uploaded model can be made production-ready.

Manual texture repair is included as a tool for texture reassignment and does not consume AI repair credits.
